9. Coordinating Architectural Control Committee. The Architectural Control Committee approves all construction in all of Quail Valley's fifteen sections.

The Fund is a non-profit 501 C4 corporation comprised of 15 subdivisions with 3047 lots. It is supervised by 5 trustees who are elected by the residents for staggered 2-year terms.

The annual maintenance fees are due by December 31st of each year and are secured by a vendor's lien on each lot. These fees are set at $374.00 for most of Quail Valley with the exception of the Cottages ($460.00), Thunderbird Patio Homes Section 1 ($510.00), Glenn Lakes Section 3 ($240) and Quail Park ($237). Quail Valley East and Quail Valley Thunderbird North are both managed by their own HOA's. Architectural plans should be submitted to the office prior to construction.

The Fund has four paid employees. Cecil Willis, a horticulturist, is Executive Director, a full time position, and has been with the Fund since 1972. Jeannie Carpenter is the office assistant. She has been with the Fund since 1978 and works weekdays from 8:30 to 2:30.
