About our community:

Annual Assessment Dues are $96.00, due by January 31st of each year. Monies collected are used for the maintenance of all common areas and general upkeep of the community.

Pool Locations: Pool 1 - at 2505 Valley Forest; Pool 2, Tennis Courts and Clubhouse - 2206 Turtle Creek. Pool Tags and Tennis Keys are sold annually.

New Residents are welcomed with a Welcome Packet detailing community events and amenity usages.

The monthly newsletter is printed within the Missouri City Monthly and is delivered to your home.

About Volunteering:

Board members serve a one year term and are elected each April at the annual meeting. Ballots and Proxies are mailed in March.

Committees: Architectural Control Committee and Nominating Committee are formed from volunteers within the community and at least one board member.
