About our community:
Annual Assessment Dues are $96.00, due by January 31st of each year. Monies collected are used for the maintenance of all common areas and general upkeep of the community.
Pool Locations: Pool 1 - at 2505 Valley Forest; Pool 2, Tennis Courts and Clubhouse - 2206 Turtle Creek. Pool Tags and Tennis Keys are sold annually.
Maintaining entryways and esplanades.
New Residents are welcomed with a Welcome Packet detailing community events and amenity usages.
The QV East HOA newsletter is mailed to your home two or three times a year. (when needed)
Neighborhood schools (located in Fort Bend I.S.D.): Lantern Lane Elementary, Quail Valley Middle School, Elkins High School and Hightower High School.

Our Official Board meetings of QVEast Homeowners Association are conducted monthly on 2nd Mondays at 2206 Turtle Creek Drive. Each home is billed monthly on the Quail Valley Utility District Water Bill.
Republic Services Customer Service Phone 713-937-9955 (until 11:30am Saturdays).
Residents may self recycle at the Missouri City recycling Center behind the Missouri City Library off Texas Parkway / FM 2234.
Papers may be taken to Lantern Lane Elementary on Mission Valley Drive.
Alternate locations include Target, MCPD, Stafford HS.
About Volunteering:
Board members serve a one year term and are elected each April at the annual meeting. Ballots and Proxies are mailed in March.
Committees: Architectural Control Committee and Nominating Committee are formed from volunteers within the community and at least one board member.
