Quail Valley Proud is this community's "eyes and ears", it's liaison to the city, fire and police departments and other governmental bodies. Q.V. Proud, a neighborhood association- not a homeowner's association, was formed in 1991 and is staffed completely by resident volunteers.

This organization sponsors various beautification projects throughout the neighborhood and funds Crime Watch teams. It also supports a Community HOTLINE for questions, concerns and complaints. The HOTLINE helps by passing on to the HOAs and the City Inspector any reported deed restrictions or city code violations. With the publishing expertise and generosity of the Ft. Bend Star, Proud has a HOTLINE column of questions and answers.  These reflect the calls and Emails to the PROUD HOTLINE from local residents.  There is a "Missouri City Page" that is filled with news on its residents, students and community activities. You can find it on your lawn in a plastic bag the first Wednesday in each month.

Quail Valley Proud holds its regular monthly meeting the second Wednesday of each month at Quail Valley Country Club. The lunch is Dutch treat/no host and anyone with an item to include on the agenda or wanting more information about Q.V.
