With a recent influx of returning residents and families to Quail Valley, residents Jennifer Obi and Cathy Andreu recognized a need for a moms’ club. With the hope of fostering a greater sense of community within our quaint and nostalgic neighborhood, the group plans to gather throughout the year for special events for kids as well as some occasions just for moms. On Friday, August 22, Madagascar 3 will be shown outside on the lawn at the Quail Valley City Centre. The last movie night of 2014 is a partnership with the Quail Valley Elementary PTO. Bring school supplies to donate: pens, pencils, paper, notebooks, backpacks, binders, etc. In exchange we will give raffle tickets for a chance to win a brand new scooter. The school supplies will benefit FBISD Shared Dreams program. Continue reading
The schedule has been set for this summer’s (2014) movie night series! Movies will be outside on the lawn at the Quail Valley City Centre and start promptly at dusk (approximately 8:50pm). A kid-friendly dinner menu will be available from the Bluebonnet Grille before the movie. Continue reading
Make plans to attend the annual Quail Valley Proud Memorial Day Parade featuring bikes, wagons, dogs and golf carts! This year the parade is on Saturday, May 24th, due to the FBISD make-up day.
