Week 1!
Our first night’s sponsor is Aquarius Home Services. They are your full service heating, air conditioning and plumbing contractor. The owners, Donna and Peter Haselow, are longtime supporters of Quail Valley.
A few notes on the event.
Guests – you can sign up your guests. Your QV Proud membership is for your family, so please sign up your family as guests. If you want to bring friends, you can sign them up as guests as well. Please contact us in advance if the number of people in your group changes.
However, if your friends live in Quail Valley, we will ask that they are members to attend the event. You can register them now but ask them to join before the event or at the event.
Games – we have a number of wonderful sponsors signed up for our games this year. In order to make it fair for all involved, we ask that each person only play one card.
Wait List – once we reach our room capacity registration will close and a wait list will open. If you are unable to register please sign onto the waiting list. It will allow you to potentially attend should someone cancel, and also gives us a better idea of what the total demand is for those wanting to play.
We will send out a confirmation email on Friday morning with information on the buffet menu. We strongly encourage you to purchase from the buffet menu as they have prepared that just for our Bingo games.
