New neighbors get to come meet some of us who know the secret to the community we live in!  Quail Valley is a special place.

Quail Valley Country Club has developed a special menu for this evening. When you register, please select your mean based on the options below.  Cost of the meal is $42 per person.

Option #1 -Beef Tenderloin

Pan Seared tenderloin with a red wine and roasted mushroom demi- glace, roasted broccolini, and buttery Fondant Potatoes. Garnished with caramelized onions and fried garlic crisps

Option #2 - Crab Crusted Snapper

Wild caught Red Snapper, seared and crusted with a buttery crab crust and sauced with a white wine and thyme velouté. Comes with pan roasted asparagus tips and a garlicy lemon rice. Garnished with sautéed corn and coriander
