Week 1!
Our first night’s sponsor is Aquarius Home Services. They are your full service heating, air conditioning and plumbing contractor. The owners, Donna and Peter Haselow, are longtime supporters of Quail Valley.
A few notes on the event.
Due to the popularity of this event, we have changed how registration will work this year to allow people who can not register in the first "five" minutes an opportunity to attend.
Registration will open on Tuesday at 8:00am and close on Wednesday at 8:00am. As you register, everyone will be automatically added to the waitlist. After registration closes, a random number generator will be used to determine who will be moved off the waitlist for Bingo that week. Those people will receive an email to confirm their registration on Wednesday.
We realize that some people may not like this new format as they were quick to register and able to attend most weeks. We are trying to be more accommodating to those that wanted to attend and never had the opportunity.
Guests – We ask that you register only those in your household. If you do register adults not in your household please include their names on the registration. There is a maximum limit of 5 guests this year (6 in total).
However, if your friends live in Quail Valley, we will ask that they are members to attend the event. You can register them now but ask them to join before or at the event.
Games – we have a number of wonderful sponsors signed up for our games this year. In order to make it fair for all involved, we ask that each person only play one card.
Wait List – This year, everyone will be immediately enrolled on the waitlist. This will allow us to randomly selected participants and give more people the opportunity to attend.
We will send out a confirmation email on Friday morning with information on the buffet menu. We strongly encourage you to purchase from the buffet menu as they have prepared that just for our Bingo games.
