  Registration is open for our annual Independence Day Celebration. This year our event will be on Saturday, July 5 from 7 – 9 PM, with fireworks at approximately 9:15.  The event is free for residents of Quail Valley, but registration is required for attendance.
  

  Our primary sponsor is the Quail Valley Fund – our HOA . Without support from our HOA we would not be able to have this event.  They have been our primary sponsor since its inception, and we are grateful for their support.

  We are grateful for all of the support of these local businesses, Quail Valley City Centre, the staff and this wonderful community!

  The event starts at 7PM at the Quail Valley City Centre. There will be food and drinks for sale.   We will have  a rock wall, the popular marshmallow drive,  giant connect 4 and temporary tattoos.    

  Please remember that the City Centre is still under construction.  As such, there will be no balcony seating this year.  The restrooms this year at located behind the tent in the air conditioned trailer.

  Food and drinks will be available for purchase from the City Centre. Please do not bring any personal coolers or food. The City Centre is gracious enough to let us use their facilities for events such as this, and we need to show our support by patronizing them. Let’s do our part as neighbors and support them.

  We will raffle off a bowl full of lottery tickets.  Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.  Never know how much you could win with those scratch offs!!  You must  be present to win.  The winning ticket will be pulled just before the fireworks begin.

  We will be selling our patriotic Memorial Day shirts at $5 each.

  Carrey's Italian Ice will be there to help you beat the heat.  Members will be given a ticket for a free treat, but they also will be selling their wonderful flavors to others.

  We are still taking donations to the Fireworks Fund.  Due to rising costs and a tighter budget we are short funds for our normal 15 minutes of fireworks.  We would greatly appreciate your support in closing that financial gap.

  We are also still looking for a few adult volunteers for this event.  Please email events@quailvalleyproud.com if you are interested in helping.

  The fireworks display will start around 9:15 PM and should last around 15 minutes. Please make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to claim your spot.

  Guests – We ask that you register only those in your household.  There is a maximum limit of 5 guests, which with you would be 6 in total. 

  However, if your friends live in Quail Valley, we will ask that they are members to attend the event. You can register them now but ask them to join before or at the event.

  Games – we have a number of wonderful sponsors signed up for our games this year.  In order to make it fair for all involved, we ask that each person only play one card.

  Wait List – If we fill the room to capacity, there will be a waitlist. 

  If something happens and you can not attend, please contact us no later than Thursday at 5pm.  After Thursday at 5pm, there will be no refund.  If you fail to attend and do not contact us, you will not be able to attend Bingo again this summer.

  With the larger room we are pleased to open registration as normal (no more waitlist).  This year we selling wristbands for the buffet as you register.  The buffet for children 12 and under is $13 and the adult buffet is $15.

  QV Proud's Official End of Summer Kids Event!

  Before everyone heads back to school, let's have a party just for the kids! Carnival Games and Kids-Only Bingo at City Centre.

  
  Special guests will be at the event from 6:00 - 7:00.  Come meet them, have dinner, and play carnival games.

  This is a great FAMILY event & an awesome way to see old friends and make some new ones as we all head into a new school year!

  The Magnolia Ballroom doors will open at 5:45 to check-in.  Come meet our special guests and play carnival games for tickets to enter into the multiple raffles for cool prizes from 6 - 7! Please also take part in enjoying the kid-friendly buffet.  **Please note: This is a BUFFET-ONLY event (no menu items will be available for order during this event).  **

  At 7pm, our special guests will return to their magical lands of origin just in time for the Bingo FUN to begin! This is kids ONLY bingo - meaning grown-ups may assist but  will not be allowed personal bingo cards.  This event is free to all current members of Quail Valley Proud.  If you are not yet a member, we strongly suggest you consider joining first so you may take advantage of all of our events this year. 

  This event is targeted for ages 5 - 12.  Parents/guardians are requested to remain in attendance with your children at this event.

  When you register, please note that 1 adult is being registered.  Any other person and the children attending are all considered guests.
